So one of the big events of 2017 is that a total solar eclipse passed right over the entire USA – albeit only a thin sliver of the middle of the country actually experienced the totality of the eclipse.
I considered traveling to one of those zones, but it just wasn’t feasible right now – so I simply enjoyed the partial eclipse from where I was (I was treated to about 80% coverage).
Here are my photos from that event, and I look forward to 2024, when another solar eclipse will path over the US, but through some areas that are much closer to where I live.
