In July / August of 2018, my sister and some cousins decided to go tour around Nova Scotia / New Brunswick. Here are some photos from part of that trip – the famous Hopewell Rocks! The shore is so shallow that the water comes in and goes out very fast – to the tune of 7 feet per hour. Due to that, and the “mushroom” rocks around the shoreline, it’s become quite famous. The week before we showed up, a visitor went too far out exploring, and they had to bring in a rescue helicopter to save them. Thankfully, nothing that crazy happened with us 🙂
